This event offers a unique opportunity for professors, researchers, and administrative staff to connect, share experiences, and explore innovative ways to integrate Erasmus+ values into higher education.
BIP Staff Week is designed to foster collaboration and strengthen networks across universities, and encourage the exchange of best practices.
Participants will gain first-hand insight into how local resources, heritage, and multisensory experiences can enrich academic programs and international initiatives.
The participation fee is 80 € for registrations to 15 March 2026, and covers a welcome pack, coffee breaks, cultural visits, and other planned activities (Toledo Cathedral visit, Almagro guided tour, winery visit and wine tasting, farewell dinner, and travel by bus with the proposed activities).
