Le Mans University is hosting Doctinnov’, an event designed to help PhD students explore how their research can spark new ideas, projects, and entrepreneurial opportunities. Whether you’re curious about entrepreneurship, innovation, or collaborative research, this is your chance to experience hands-on workshops, to network with peers and mentors, and find inspiration.
No prerequisites: your research skills are valuable assets for entrepreneurship!
Programme:
Participants may join for the full week or for the March 11-13 period.
March 9 to March 11:
The first three days (March 9–11) focus on integration into the host university academic environment and the development of research and teaching skills, complementary to the Doctinnov’ program.
March 12:
Participate in Doctinnov’ sessions : testimonies from entrepreneur doctors, collaborative workshops with experts and coaches from the local entrepreneur ecosystem. Training in the use of entrepreneurial tools and delivery of final pitches.
The event is open to all PhD students from partner universities of the COLOURS alliance, whether just curious, novice, or already inspired. It’s an excellent opportunity to broaden your horizons, discover new skills, and explore the entrepreneurial potential of your research.

How to come to Le Mans?
From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take a direct train to Le Mans from there (Terminal 2).
From Orly airport, take metro line 14 towards St Denis (Terminal 3), change for line 6 at ‘Bercy’ towards ‘Charles de Gaulle – étoile’, stop at ‘Montparnasse-Bienvenüe’ train station, take a direct train to Le Mans.
