Food is one of the most powerful tools we have to support our health. In a world full of food choices, knowing what to eat and how it affects our bodies has never been more important. The idea behind Smart Food for Healthy Living is simple: choosing foods that nourish the body, protect our health, and support sustainable lifestyles. Smart food is not about strict diets or complicated rules—it’s about making informed, balanced, and sustainable choices that support our health, energy, and well-being.
During this CoLab and Hackathon, we will discuss how nutrition influences our and long-term well-being. We will explore practical ways to make smarter food choices that are both realistic and enjoyable in everyday life. From an overview of the existing resources, insights from some new, up-to-date research insights, to examples from the real-life setting, to new ideas, and finding ways to eat smart(er) and live better.
